    • Cost: FREE on all orders over $99 USD.
    • For orders under $99 USD, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 USD will apply.
  • Express Shipping (DHL / FedEx / UPS):3–7 business days
    • Cost: Flat rate of $19.99 USD.

3. Order Tracking

Once your package leaves our warehouse, we will send you a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

GrabStyle Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking status shows “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately at wl5649827@gmail.com. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement for you.
