At GrabStyle Co., we want you to love your style. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with an easy return and refund process.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • The item must have all original tags attached.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • The buyer must send a clear and unedited video / photo of unboxing the parcel

Note: For hygienic reasons, intimate items, swimwear, bodysuits, and socks are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective.

3. Return Shipping Cost

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake (e.g., sent the wrong size, color, or the item is damaged), GrabStyle Co. will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Customer Preferences: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, improper fit, or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

4. How to Initialize a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at wl5649827@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return (please attach photos if the item is damaged).
  2. Our team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the Return Shipping Address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable mail service.

5. Refunds Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (PayPal or Credit Card) within 5–7 business days.
